Norwegian Smoked Salmon with Lime and Lingonberry

This recipe is a recipe you can know by heart in a second and impress your guests with. Serve with a sparkling welcome drink and the mood is set.

Serves 3 (for an appetizer)

100g quality smoked salmon

fresh lingonberry (or cranberry if you find lingonberry hard toget a hold of)

Juice of 1 lime

If you want that extra umph, you can serve it with a pinch of pepper, but I prefer it as it is. I hope you enjoy the easiest recipe yet!

If you want this a part of your dinner, simply add some more vegetables, leafy greans and perhaps some boiled or roasted potatoes! Yum!
